In our hotel we have 10 rooms classified into 3 categories from which you can choose and each one offers you a unique experience.

In our first season open, we implemented the concept of global cuisine, where all ingredients and techniques are welcome. We are an honest kitchen, simple yet full of character. We have our own garden, where every day we water our ingredients with hope. We produce some of our own cheeses and bring back the arepa as the bread of our land. Because there’s no such thing as a bad Ninth.
